On Jan. 16 at 3:53 p.m. a student was judicially referred for behavior/theft for unauthorized use of his roommate's credit card during the fall semester.
On Jan. 16 at 8:41 p.m., in Tanner Hall, one student was judicially referred for drugs and another was judicially referred for alcohol possession.
On Jan. 17 at noon a student reported her charm bracelet, valued at $200, was missing from her Henninger Hall room. The incident is under investigation.
On Jan. 17 at 7:37 p.m. non-student Nicholas Demus, 20, of Chicago, was arrested in Higgins Hall for possession of cannabis (30-500 grams), with the intent to deliver. He was lodged in the McDonough County Jail at 8:41 p.m. while awaiting bond.
On Jan. 17 at 10:28 p.m. three students near Stadium Drive were issued judicial referrals for cannabis.
On Jan. 17 at 10:48 p.m. a student reported that during the fall semester she was sexually assaulted in a WIU residence hall by someone known to her. The incident is under investigation.
