REVISED REPORT (Bicyle that was originally reported stolen has been recovered)

On Jan. 25 at 8:39 a.m. it was reported to OPS by students and hall staff that several doors in Tanner Hall had been marked with graffiti. A damage estimate was not available.

On Jan. 25 at 3:10 p.m. a student reported that three video games, valued at $120, and a video game controller, valued at $60, had been stolen from his room prior to holiday break. The theft is under investigation.

On Jan. 26 at 2:48 a.m. a student in Higgins Hall reported his door had been vandalized (door knob removed). Damage was estimated at $50.

On Jan. 27 at 6:35 p.m. one student in Tanner Hall was judicially referred for possession of cannabis.

On Jan. 27 at 8:37 p.m. a Malpass Library employee reported that someone had carved graffiti in a wall in the second floor men's restroom. A damage estimate was not available.

On Jan. 26 at 9:43 p.m. Dwight Field, 20, of 812 Corbin Hall, Brian McClintock, 19, 813 Corbin Hall, Colton Kelly, 19, of 812 Corbin Hall, Colin Guttosch, 19, of 1116 Tanner Hall, Tori Worthen, 18, of 640 Tanner Hall, Lakyn Musso, 19, of 640 Tanner Hall, and John Mixen, 19, of 1116 Tanner Hall, were each issued a notice to appear Feb. 26 for a Macomb City ordinance violation for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor in Corbin Hall.

On Jan. 27 at 1:14 a.m. Zachary Salisbury, 26, of 330 Wigwam Hollow Rd., Apt. 9, was arrested at Wigwam Hollow/Adams Street for driving under the influence of alcohol, illegal transportation of alcohol, operating an uninsured vehicle, and driving while license revoked. He was transported to the McDonough County Jail at 3:30 a.m. where he was lodged pending bond.

On Jan. 28 at 12:06 a.m. Kristen Havelka, 21, of Kewanee, received a ticket for expired insurance and disobeying a stop sign at Riverview Drive and Western Avenue.

On Jan. 28 at 1:04 a.m. Samantha Tapscott, 20, of 916 Henninger Hall, was issued a Feb. 26 court date for a Macomb City ordinance violation for possession of drug paraphernalia in Tanner. One student was judicially referred for possession of cannabis.
