On Jan. 28 at 9:20 a.m. Xavier A. Vinson, 23, of Macomb, received a ticket for speeding on Western Avenue near Parkview Drive.
On Jan. 28 at 5:10 p.m. Antonio T. Hillard, 19, of 504 Tanner Hall, was arrested on the 700 block of W. Murray Street. for possession of cannabis with intent to deliver (more than 2.5 grams, less than 10 grams). He was transported to the McDonough County Jail at 5:44 p.m. where he was lodged pending bond. One student was judicially referred for drugs.
On Jan. 28 at 11:25 p.m. three students were judicially referred for cannabis in Higgins Hall.
On Jan. 28 at 11:47 p.m. Evan N. Ibsen, 20, of 422 Olson Hall, received a ticket for disobeying a stop sign on Western Avenue.
On Jan. 29 at 5:52 a.m. Roger A. Zellers, 49, of Sciota, received a ticket for speeding on W. University Drive.
On Jan. 29 at 9:25 a.m. Rebecca L. Moss, 27, of Peoria, received a ticket for speeding on W. University Drive.
