Office of Public Safety Report - 2013-01-30 to 2013-02-01

On Jan. 30 at 1:50 p.m. an OPS officer discovered a pickup truck had been damaged in Q-Lot. Damage was estimated at $1,000. A follow-up investigation led to a traffic ticket being issued to Matthew J. Volkening, 19, of Genoa, for failure to report an accident to police.

On Jan. 30 at 5:23 p.m. a speeding ticket was issued to Anatoli Mironov, 26, of Lincolnshire in the 400 block of Western Avenue.

On Jan. 30 at 8:17 p.m. non-student Leroy Wright, 20, of Waukegan, was arrested on a Lake County warrant for failure to appear in court. He was lodged in the McDonough County Jail at 9:01 p.m. pending bond.

On Feb. 1 at 12:15 a.m., non-student Christopher Gulley, 20, of Chicago, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of less than 2.5 grams of cannabis. He was lodged in the McDonough County Jail at 1:02 a.m. pending bond.
