On Feb. 1 at 12:42 a.m. Christopher Gulley, 20, of 907 Lincoln Hall, was arrested in Lincoln for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of cannabis (less than 2.5 grams). He was transported to the McDonough County Jail at 1:02 a.m. where he was lodged pending bond.
On Feb. 1 at 3:05 p.m. Andrea Hall, 45, of Marietta, was arrested on a McDonough County warrant for for attempted forgery. She was transported to the McDonough County Jail at 3:35 p.m. where she was lodged pending bond.
On Feb. 1 at 5:47 p.m. Miles Johnson, 20, of 1226 Higgins Hall, was arrested in Henninger Hall for domestic battery and obstructing ID. He was transported to the McDonough County Jail at 1906 where he was lodged pending bond.
On Feb. 1 at 8:14 p.m. one student in Higgins Hall was judicially referred for possession of cannabis (less than 10 grams).
On Feb. 1 at 10:15 p.m. four students in Tanner Hall were judicially referred for possession of cannabis.
On Feb. 1 at 11:39 p.m. Kevin Hunter, 19, of 1136 Higgins, was arrested in Higgins for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor and disorderly conduct. He was transported to the McDonough County Jail at 12:42 a.m. where he was lodged pending bond.
On Feb. 2 at 2:06 a.m. one student in Tanner Hall was judicially referred for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor and for behavior.
On Feb. 2 at 2:52 a.m. Andrew Kirker, 20, of 722 Corbin Hall, was issued a notice to appear March 5 on a Macomb City ordinance violation for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor in Q-Lot.
On Feb. 2 at 8:11 p.m. one student in Higgins Hall was judicially referred for possession of cannabis.
On Feb. 2 at 11:58 p.m. one student in Washington Hall was judicially referred for failure to evacuate during a fire alarm.
On Feb. 3 at 12:07 a.m. one student in Tanner Hall was judicially referred for possession of cannabis.
On Feb. 3 at 3:10 a.m. Kevyn White, 19, of 1408 Tanner hall, was issued a notice to appear March 5 on a Macomb City ordinance violation for possession of cannabis (less than 10 grams) in the 800 block of Western Avenue.
On Feb. 3 at 12:37 p.m. a student patrol member reported that the lot sign at Corbin Hall had been damaged. The incident is under investigation.
On Feb. 3 at 2:50 p.m. two students in Higgins Hall were judicially referred for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor.
On Feb. 3 at 3:46 p.m. two students in the Thompson Hall lot were judicially referred for possession of cannabis. On Feb. 3 at 4:43 p.m. a student in Washington Hall reported that sometime during the early morning hours someone entered his unlocked room and stole ID cards, a credit card, and an iPod, valued at $150. The theft is under investigation.
On Feb. 3 at 9:28 p.m. one student in Tanner Hall was judicially referred for behavior.
On Feb. 3 at 11:06 p.m. Benjamin Henry, 19, of 506 Tanner Hall, was issued a notice to appear March 5 on. Macomb City ordinance violation for possession of cannabis (less than 10 grams) and possession of drug paraphernalia. Three other students were judicially referred for possession of cannabis.
On Feb. 3 at 11:57 p.m. Mario Baltazar, 21, of 1704 Higgins Hall, was issued a notice to appear March 5 on. Macomb City ordinance violation for possession of cannabis (less than 10 grams) and possession of drug paraphernalia. One student was judicially referred for possession of cannabis.
