On Feb. 11 at 9:08 a.m. Sean P. Homan, 37, of Macomb, received a ticket for speeding on Western Ave.
On Feb. 11 at 11:50 a.m. OPS officers and the Macomb Fire Department responded to a fire alarm in the Corbin Hall dining/kitchen area. No fire was found, no injuries were reported and the alarm was reset. The alarm was activated by smoke in the kitchen area.
On Feb. 11 at 12:11 p.m. a student reported sometime between 3 and 9 a.m. on Feb. 9 her car's rear, passenger-side tire was slashed while parked in Lot #7 (near Garwood Hall). Cost to repair the tire was $36. The incident is under investigation.
On Feb. 11 at 4:21 p.m. Elizabeth A. Wright, 31, of Macomb, received a ticket near the intersection of Adams Street and Western Avenue for expired vehicle registration.
On Feb. 11 at 6:56 p.m. OPS officers responded to a fire alarm in Browne Hall. No smoke or fire was found, no injuries were reported and the alarm was reset. The Macomb Fire Department was not dispatched.
On Feb. 11 at 10:05 p.m. Terrance A. Johnson, 20, of 1319 Tanner Hall, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of cannabis (less than 2.5 grams but not more than 10 grams) in Tanner Hall. He was transported to the McDonough County Jail at 11:26 p.m. where he was lodged pending bond.
On Feb. 12 at 10:45 a.m. Michael C. Crabtree, 21, of Macomb, received a ticket for disobeying a stop sign at the intersection of Adams Street and Western Avenue.
On Feb. 12 at 1:15 a.m. Alvin L. Montgomery, 25, received a ticket for no proof of insurance near the intersection of Calhoun and Charles streets.
