On Feb. 15 at 4:26 p.m. Robert Austin, 21, of 916 Washington Hall, was arrested at Mowbray Hall for aggravated domestic battery, home invasion, unlawful restraint and theft under $500. The charges stem from an alleged incident in a Lincoln Hall room at 1:10 a.m. on Feb. 15. Austin was lodged in the McDonough County Jail at 6:14 p.m. pending bond.

On Feb. 15 at 7:36 p.m. a student reported a pair of headphones, valued at $250, were stolen from the University Union Grand Ballroom.

On Feb. 15 at 8:21 p.m. two students in Higgins Hall were issued judicial referrals for cannabis possession.

On Feb. 15 at 9:35 p.m. James Condon, of 604 Tanner Hall, was issued a notice to appear in court March 26 for a Macomb City ordinance violation of illegal possession or consumption of alcohol by a minor in Tanner Hall.

On Feb. 16 at 6:44 p.m. John Hergenrother, 19, of 1036 Higgins Hall, was arrested for attempted criminal damage to government-owned property and attempting a false fire alarm. The charges stem from a fire alarm at Higgins Hall at 3:45 a.m. Feb. 16 in which no fire was found. Police discovered furniture in the 10th floor lounge had been overturned and a fire extinguisher had been discharged. Hergenrother was lodged in the McDonough County Jail at 7:21 p.m. pending bond. The Macomb Fire Department and OPS officers responded to the alarm.

On Feb. 16 at 2:41 a.m. Nicholas Lecioni, 19, 0f 1421 Higgins Hall, and Kazim Khan, 18, of 1426 Higgins Hall, were issued notices to appear in court March 19 for Macomb City ordinance violations of illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor. Two students were issued judicial referrals for suspicion of cannabis.

On Feb. 17 at 8:46 p.m. Teanna Benford, 24, of 309 W. Adams St., was issued a traffic ticket on North Charles Street for driving with expired registration.

On Feb. 17 at 11:43 p.m. Brandon Parker, 21, of Aurora, was issued a traffic ticket on Western Avenue for disobeying a stop sign.

On Feb. 17 at 2:46 a.m. Ryan Andrekas, 20, of 1405 Tanner Hall, was arrested in Q-lot for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor. He was lodged in the McDonough County Jail at 3:03 a.m. pending bond.

On Feb. 17 at 5:57 a.m. Jacob Hering, 20, of 513 Washington Hall, and Michael Amelio, 19, of 315 Grote Hall, were issued notices to appear in court on March 26 for Macomb City ordinance violations of illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor in Grote Hall.

On Feb. 18 at 12:44 a.m. Jeana Frazier, 20, of 910 Wigwam Hollow Road, was issued a ticket for speeding in Q-lot.

On Feb. 18 at 5:32 a.m. Christopher Lovingood, 21, of 911 N. Charles St., was issued a ticket for speeding on West University Drive.
