On April 3 at 1:12 p.m. one student was issued a judicial referral for behavior in Tanner Hall.
On April 3 at 5:42 p.m. one student in Tanner Hall was issued a judicial referral for theft of items from a laundry room
On April 4 at 1:26 a.m. Jacob D. Runnion, 19, of 331 Olson Hall; Matthew J. Volkening, 20, of 614 Olson Hall and Michael E. Craven, 20, of 613 Olson Hall, were each issued a notice to appear in court May 7 for a Macomb City ordinance violation for consumption of alcohol by a minor near Olson Hall. Volkening was issued an additional NTA for misrepresenting his ID.
On April 4 at 4:19 p.m. Fadi O. Alhardi, 25, of Macomb, was issued a traffic ticket for expired registration in the 800 block of North Charles Street.
On April 4 at 10:10 pm. Alexander Rodriguez, 18, of 1424 Higgins Hall, was issued a notice to appear in court May 7 for possession of alcohol by a minor on the 14th floor of Higgins Hall. A student was also issued a judicial referral for consumption of cannabis.
On April 4 at 11:09 p.m. four students were issued judicial referrals for suspicion of cannabis in Higgins Hall.
On April 5 at 2:24 a.m. Nicole C. Tognarelli, 20, of 710 W. Adams St. was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol in the 900 block of West Murray Street. She was lodged in the McDonough County Jail at 4:55 a.m. pending bond.
