On-Campus Housing for WIU's largest reunion: #WIUMegaReunion

University Housing & Dining Services is excited to partner with the WIU Mega Reunion to provide housing in Bayliss and Henninger Halls for the weekend.
MEGA Housing Reunion Dates
Friday, September 8 - Sunday, September 10. Check-in time will begin at 3:00 pm on Thursday and Friday. Check-out time is at 1:00 pm on Sunday.
Currently, there are no vacancies for the 2023 MEGA Housing Reunion.
Amenities
All rooms will be furnished with the following:
- 2 Beds
- 1 Microfridge
- A set of linens per bed. Linens include 1 pillow, 1 pillowcase, 1 bath towel, and a set of sheets.
Parking
Parking is included in your stay. Click here for a parking map for the weekend.
Dining
Dining Centers in Thompson and Corbin-Olson Halls will be open for reunion attendees to enjoy. Specific hours will be posted at a later date. Only cash is accepted inside the dining centers. In addition, platforms located inside the University Union will be available and will accept cash or credit/debit. More information regarding reunion specials and other reunion dining events will be announced at a later time.
