WIU Springfield Alumni & Friends Legislative Reception

MACOMB, IL -- In conjunction with the Macomb Area Chamber of Commerce Legislative Day in Springfield Wednesday, April 5, the Western Illinois University Alumni Association will host a WIU Springfield Alumni & Friends Legislative Reception.
WIU alumni in the Springfield region are invited to join WIU President Jack Thomas, Vice Presidents Brad Bainter '79 '83, Matt Bierman '97, Kathy Neumann '86 '88, Ron Williams, Joe Rives, Government Relations Liaison Jeanette Malafa and Alumni Director Amy Spelman '98 for a special alumni and friends reception April 5 at the President Abraham Lincoln Hotel.
The event, which will be held from 6-8 p.m., includes complimentary appetizers and beverages. The WIU Jazz Studio Orchestra, led by School of Music Professor John Cooper, will play throughout the reception.
