Annual WIU Science Show Nov. 29

MACOMB, IL – The Western Illinois University departments of physics, chemistry and biological sciences will host the annual science demonstration show at 6 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 29 in Currens Hall, 205.

The show, which is open free to the public, is put on by students from the three academic departments. This year's event is themed "Incredibles 2: Science Demo Show." A "pre-show" will begin at 5:30 p.m.

The event features a variety of science demonstrations, including:

• Levitating Globe
• Hunt the Monkey
• Colorful Fire
• Frozen Fun
• Cool and Sweet
