Illinois Secretary of State Services Come to WIU April 25

MACOMB, IL – Mobile services from the Illinois Secretary of State's office will visit Western Illinois University Thursday, April 25. All services will be available from 9:30 a.m.-3 p.m. on the ground floor of the University Union.

"I encourage motorists to take advantage of the mobile unit on campus," said Illinois Secretary of State Jesse White. "This is a great example of how my office can work with institutions to make these transactions more convenient for faculty, staff and students."

Services available include:
• Driver's license (renewal, replacement, corrections)
• State ID card (renewal, replacement, corrections)
• Vehicle sticker sales
• WIU collegiate license plates
• Passenger / B-truck license plates
• Organ/tissue donor registration
• Vehicle title and registration
• Parking placards for persons with disabilities

This is the mobile unit's last visit to WIU for the semester.

Motorists wishing to renew their driver's license may do so up to one year in advance of their license's expiration date. A complete list of acceptable forms of identification is available at cyberdriveillinois.com.
