New WIU-QC Student Welcome August 21

MOLINE, IL – Western Illinois University-Quad Cities will welcome students to campus at the New Student Welcome at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 21 in the campus quad.
The event will feature remarks from Acting President Martin Abraham, Senior Vice President for Strategic Planning and Initiatives Joe Rives, Board of Trustees Chair Polly Radosh, Trustee Greg Aguilar and Student Trustee Justin Brown. The program, which is open to the public, will also be live-streamed on the campus Facebook page.
The afternoon will also include celebratory activities on campus.
