WIU School of Music Presents 'Sky Blue Pink: A Midwestern Dreamscape'

MACOMB, IL - - The Western Illinois University School of Music will present "Sky Blue Pink: A Midwestern Dreamscape," a Faculty Recital featuring flutist Julianna Eidle and pianist Po-Chuan Chiang 7:30 p.m. Monday, Feb. 2 in the College of Fine Arts and Communication (COFAC) Recital Hall.

The program will Include:

Texturologie II: Density 10.6 for Alto Flute and Computer - James Caldwell (2003)

«Arborescencia» birdsong for flute and live electronics - Felipe Tovar-Henao (2018)

Sky Blue Pink for flute and piano - Marilyn Bliss (2024)

Fantaisie pour flûte et piano - Georges Hüe (1913)

This performance is free and open to the public and will be live-streamed on the School of Music's YouTube channel.
