WIU Family Weekend: Oct. 21-23

MACOMB, IL - -There will be a lot more activity at Western Illinois University and in Macomb during WIU's Family Weekend Friday, Oct. 21- Sunday, Oct. 23.
Family Weekend will have activities both on- and off-campus, including the President's Picnic, beginning at 3 p.m. Saturday (Oct. 22), before the football Leathernecks kickoff at 6 p.m. against the Missouri State Bears. Check out massages, trivia contests, golf, movies, tours, family portraits and Horn Field Campus events, too. The Department of Theater and Dance will also perform "The Seafarer," by Conor McPherson, at 7:30 p.m. Friday (Oct. 21) and Saturday (Oct. 22).
For more Leatherneck action on Saturday (Oct. 22), women's soccer hosts IUPUI at noon on MacKenzie Field, and men's soccer hosts Oakland University following the women's game at 2:30 p.m.

Registration deadline is Sunday, Oct. 16 and registration forms can be found online. Family weekend check-in is from 4-9 p.m. Friday (Oct. 21) and from 8 a.m.–3p.m. Saturday (Oct. 22) on the first floor of the University Union.
