WIU Mourns Student Death; Services Set

MACOMB, IL – Services have been set for Kerstin Taylor, a Western Illinois University senior from Moline (IL), who died July 29 in Macomb.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Friday, Aug. 6 at Tabernacle Baptist Church, 2601 15th St., Moline. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to the time of service at the church.
"We extend our sympathies and thoughts to Kerstin's family, friends and classmates," said Western Illinois University President Al Goldfarb.
Taylor, 23, was pursuing a bachelor's degree in special education.

Memorials may be made to WIU's chapter of Campus Students for Christ or to Taylor's church, Tabernacle Baptist Church, Moline.
