Classes are located on the lower level of Campus Recreation: Fitness Studio West (FSW) or Fitness Studio East (FSE)

Fire In Motion

K-Pop Dance
If you don't know about K-Pop by now, it's about time you find out! Learn fun, high-energy choreography inspired by popular K-Pop hits while getting a great cardio workout. This class blends performance, rhythm, and movement for a playful, sweat-filled experience you’ll look forward to every week.
Lunch Crunch
Director Brian Thomas (aka B.T.) delivers a unique blend of workouts and exercises in his class that is perfect for those that like variety and taking on new challenges. B.T. draws on his years as a strength and conditioning coach to deliver fun, effective workouts that are designed to help you look good AND move well.
EZ Fit
A low-impact, beginner-friendly class focused on building strength, improving mobility, and increasing confidence. EZ Fit is perfect for those easing into fitness or looking for a supportive, no-pressure workout.
Total Body Blast
Inspired by gymnastics, this class offers a full-body workout that combines cardio, strength, and functional movement into one powerful session. Total Body Blast keeps things moving with varied exercises that maximize burn and build overall fitness.
TRX
Using suspension straps and your own body weight, TRX challenges strength, stability, and balance from head to toe. This scalable workout delivers serious results while being adaptable for all fitness levels.
Lunchtime Yoga
