Theresa Freking, Graduate Assistant

Teresa Freking Teresa was a high school teacher and an associate professor of education at Eastern Illinois University for 20 years before returning to the Quad Cities where she was born and raised.  She serves as a Graduate Assistant for our department while working to finish a Master's in Reading, a long-time interest of hers.  Currently, she teaches a course in educational technology at Black Hawk College, presents for the Quad Cities Professional Development Network on learner-focused education topics, and volunteers at a local elementary school, working with kindergarten students in reading.
