I am an Assistant Professor of College Student Personnel (CSP) in the Department of Education Studies. As a CSP faculty member, I teach courses in CSP: Student Affairs track and the CSP: Higher Education Leadership track. My interests and expertise include: trans* student inclusion in higher education, students with marginalized genders and sexualities (LGBTQ students), social justice education, engaged and dialogic pedagogies, and workshop design and facilitation.

My education and research interests include: student development, intersectional analyses of higher education administration and student affairs, social justice education and praxis as curriculum in CSP programs, cultural centers and their staffing patterns and promotions, InterGroup Dialogue pedagogies and action projects, and campus climate assessments and indicators. Prior to               joining the CSP team, I served as the Director of the LGBT Resources Center at Syracuse University.
