My responsibilities include maintaining the appropriated and foundation budgets, ordering of and processing purchase order requests, scheduling and assignment of meeting rooms for ES faculty, preparing request to fills and monitoring the inventory database. I also work with the ACE sheets, Summer DBS sheets, scheduling of courses, hiring, training and supervision of student assistants, maintaining student evaluations, recording secretary for graduate and faculty meetings, provide assistance to the Graduate Coordinator and the Department Chairperson with the organization and management of the graduate program and much more.
