TESOL MINOR

The Minor in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) is designed to meet the needs of students desiring to teach English in a variety of settings throughout the world. Specialized coursework in the minor focuses on theories and methodologies of TESOL while providing practical classroom experience.

  • Job placement for individuals is widely available both in the U.S. and across the Globe.
  • Variety of job possibilities, including, but not limited to, community-based Language schools for immigrants and refugees, private Language/international schools abroad, cooperate training consulting or as additional training for K-12 teachers
  • Will enhance teaching efficacy and increase employment opportunities in the Global TESOL market.
