Minor - Graphic Design

The minor in Graphic Design provides students with the opportunity to integrate aesthetic design practices with their other academic pursuits. It was developed for students with an interest in the value and creation of strong visual design, want the chance to work creatively and develop skills in art and design, but do not necessarily wish to pursue a career as a professional designer.

The Graphic Design Minor requires 21 s.h. of Art Studio and Graphic Design coursework.

  • ARTS 101, 140, 215 - 9 s.h.
  • Select four courses from: ARTS 246, 314, 315, 316, 415 - 12 s.h.
