Persistent Links - LexisNexis Academic

How to create persistent links to individual articles in LexisNexis Academic

1. Connect to LexisNexis Academic through the library website
2. Find an article and click its "Permalink" icon.
3. Copy the article's Permanent URL from the pop-up window.
4. Use the Link Converter to make the Persistent Link accessible to all WIU users:
• Example: https://ezproxy.wiu.edu/login?url=http://www.lexisnexis.com/lnacui2api/api/version1/getDocCui?lni=41VD-W320-00MH-F3NF&csi=6742&hl=t&hv=t&hnsd=f&hns=t&hgn=t&oc=00240&perma=true
5. Test! Copy/paste the new link into your browser address bar to make sure it works (remove any spaces in the URL).
