• 12 Artist applications postmark due date/ Review of all submissions by the Rocky on Parade committee
• 24  Review of artist designs by sponsors
• 30  Artist notifications sent

May 2013

• 6   Artists' contracts sent
• 20 Contracts must be signed by artists and returned

June 2013

• 21   Artists pick up bulldogs

August 2013

• 15   Completed bulldogs delivered to WIU to receive clear-coat finish

October 2013

• 3   Rocky on Parade reveal at Town & Gown Celebration
• 12  All bulldogs will be showcased in the WIU Homecoming Parade and at halftime of the WIU football game
• 14  Rockys are delivered to their final location
