Students who have taken courses with her compliment her ability to make difficult material accessible and applicable to their careers. As one student claimed, "I never thought I would say it, but I enjoy statistics and now understand conceptually how to interpret the tables, charts, and various types of data that I have been reading over the past years." Another noted, "Sharon is an awesome instructor and taught the material in a way that made it easy for everyone to understand. Plus, she truly cared that everyone understood and dedicated the time to be sure that such was the case."
