The Arts Leadership graduate program at Western Illinois University prepares students for the rigors of leading in a wide variety of arts and arts-related organizations. Our multidisciplinary curriculum is consciously designed to prepare arts professionals for our fast-changing field. Every student in the program serves as part of the management team for the Goldfarb Center for Performing Arts, gaining hands-on, resume-worthy experience in areas including programming, marketing, box office and patron services, artist hospitality, resource development, venue management, and donor relations.
