ACCESSIBILITY

Please self-identify if you require mobility or hearing assistance. Our elevator is located in the Epperson Gallery, just to the right of concessions. Our mother’s room is also located in the Epperson Gallery in the restroom area to the left of concessions.

BOX OFFICE

The box office is open Monday through Friday from 9am until 5pm and one hour prior to a performance. You can purchase tickets online at westernpresents.com. You can reach the box office by phone at 309-298-2900.

CONCESSIONS

Concessions will open 90 minutes prior to shows and remain open at least 30 minutes following shows. Beverages may be consumed in the theatre. We kindly ask that all food items be consumed outside the theatre. No outside food or beverages is allowed. Please dispose of trash properly.

ELECTRONIC DEVICES

Please turn off all cell phones and electronic devices before the performance begins. Photography and recording of any kind is prohibited.

MERCHANDISE

Goldfarb Center merchandise is available for purchase from the box office. Souvenir Goldfarb Center wine tumblers are only available with the purchase of wine from concessions and may be refilled with subsequent wine purchases.

RESTROOMS

Restrooms are located in the Epperson Gallery to both the left and the right of concessions. Restrooms are located on the balcony level on both the left side and the right side of the mezzanine.

TICKETING POLICY

All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued unless the event is cancelled. Performances will begin at the published time. Latecomers may be seated only at the discretion of house management, or at a set late seating interval. Latecomers are not guaranteed access to their purchased seats. Refunds will not be issued for late arrival.
