'Yes, You Can!' Employee Wellness Session Jan. 29

MACOMB, IL — Western Illinois University Employee Wellness will present, "Yes, You Can!" from 12:10-12:50 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 29 in the University Union Sandburg Theatre. The 40-minute motivational session, which is open free to the public, will feature three WIU employees sharing their experiences and challenges in making lifestyle changes.

Nancy Parsons, associate provost for undergraduate and graduate studies, will present: "Why Am I Feeling So Much Better? (And I Just Finished My First 5K!)"; Sean O'Donnell-Brown, director, Document and Publication Services (DPS), will present: "Rollercoaster! Some Possibilities, Pitfalls and Paradoxes for 'Diet' and Staying Active"; and Carolyn Whitehouse, an instructor in the School of Nursing, will present: "I Now Know Stress Was Killing Me."
