Sherman Drive and Seal Lot Closure

MACOMB, IL - - Beginning Tuesday, April 11, the north half of the faculty/staff parking lot 12, south of Seal Hall, and a section of Sherman Drive, immediately east of Seal Hall, will be closed by Laverdiere Construction in order to continue the installation of the Chilled Water Loop being installed on the south side of campus.

The parking spaces for the Illinois Department of Human Services will temporarily be relocated to the faculty/staff lot 13 north of Seal Hall. Given the extensive excavation, pedestrian traffic will also be re-routed to the west of the jobsite.

Sherman Drive is predicted to reopen Wednesday, April 19. The section of the parking lot will remain closed for approximately 30 days.

Laverdiere will vacate the parking lot, north of the Heating Plant Annex.
