WIU-QC IDEAS to Host Welcome Back Bash Aug. 31

MOLINE, IL - - The Western Illinois University- Quad Cities Interdisciplinary English and Arts Society (IDEAS) will host a Welcome Back Bash from 4-6 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 31 between Riverfront Hall and QC Complex. All students, faculty and staff are invited to attend.

"Students and their families are welcome to swing by to grab some food or stay and enjoy the games and music," IDEAS President Abbey Jones said. "Our main goal is to provide students a time and place to enjoy our campus and meet their classmates."

The event will feature recreational volleyball and cornhole competitions for new and returning students. All participants can enjoy refreshments and grilled hotdogs. Every student will receive a WIU swag prize and more.
