WIU Partners with 'Grow with Google' Campaign

MACOMB, IL - - The Western Illinois University Cybersecurity Program is announcing a new partnership with the Grow with Google initiative. This initiative provides another way for people to enroll in and complete many Google professional courses or certificate programs free of charge.

This program is open to any U.S. resident who is at least 13 years old.

The following courses and programs are available through this project:


  • Google Cybersecurity (Certificate)

  • Google Cybersecurity Essentials (Course)

  • Google AI Essentials (Course)

  • Google IT Support (Certificate)

  • Google Data Analytics (Certificate)

  • Google UX Design (Certificate)

  • Google Project Management (Certificate)

  • Google IT Automation with Python (Certificate)

  • Google Digital Marketing & E-commerce (Certificate)

  • Google Advanced Data Analytics (Certificate)

  • Google Business Intelligence (Certificate)


To register for one of these free courses, fill out this form: forms.gle/mYM3JD8FeyEwUrJz8.

An invitation will be sent to the email provided to create an account on Coursera, the learning platform Google uses to host its certification and course content. Once registration is complete, users can enroll in their preferred courses.
