Purple & Gold Points Redemption Now Available

MACOMB, IL - - The Office of Student Engagement (OSE) at Western Illinois University is excited to announce that point redemption for Purple & Gold Points prizes is now open.

The Purple & Gold Points program, launched earlier this semester, rewards students for getting involved and attending campus-wide programs. Now, students can turn their earned points into prizes.

Students can redeem their points for a variety of items, including WIU merchandise, gift cards, plush animals, a PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch 2.

Prizes can be redeemed through the OSE during business hours (9 a.m. – 4 p.m.). Students can also explore the full prize catalog and redemption details online at wiu.edu/purplegoldpoints.

This semester the OSE has been working to embody their mission to provide students with practical, educational and leadership opportunities that complement the academic experience and foster a sense of belonging.
