WIU OSE To Host Rocky Dog Silent Auction Dec. 15-17

MACOMB, IL - - The Office of Student Engagement (OSE), in partnership with the Western Illinois University Department of Art & Design, is proud to announce the Fifth Annual Little Rocky Dog Silent Auction, taking place 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. Dec. 15–17, in the University Union Brattain Lounge.

Held just in time for the holiday season, this beloved campus tradition showcases a new collection of handcrafted mini ceramic "Rocky" dogs. This year's featured designs include Elphaba Rocky, Freddy Fazbear Rocky and Bert and Ernie Rockys, along with several additional one-of-a-kind creations.

The silent auction will run from 10 a.m.- 4 p.m. each day, in conjunction with the WIU Department of Art & Design Holiday Art Sale. Attendees may browse, bid on and take home their favorite Rocky designs, with the auction officially closing at 4 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 17.

Proceeds from the event will support the Little Rocky Dog on Parade Foundation account, which assists student artists with materials, production costs and future creative projects.
