WIU to Host Lecture by WE ARE HER Founder Stevie Thieme

MACOMB, IL — Western Illinois University will host a lecture by Stevie Thieme, founder of WE ARE HER. Thieme will speak about the organization's mission, which centers on supporting allies and any survivor of domestic violence or sexual assault in becoming HER: healed, empowered and restored. The lecture will take place from 6–7 p.m. Tuesday, March 31, in the Sandburg Theater.

The event is open to all members of the WIU community. The subject matter impacts individuals from diverse backgrounds and offers attendees an opportunity to learn, grow and find inspiration.
