WIU-QC to Host John Deere Information Session for Engineering Students Feb. 11

MOLINE, IL — The Western Illinois University School of Engineering & Technology will host a John Deere Information Session featuring Mr. Joseph Dong, Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor at John Deere, from 4–5 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 11.

The session will be offered simultaneously on both campuses, with in-person attendance available in the Quad Cities at Riverfront Hall, Rooms 103/104 and in Macomb at Knoblauch Hall, Room 105. The event will provide students with the opportunity to learn about John Deere's mission, innovation initiatives and part-time student employment opportunities available while pursuing their academic studies.

This seminar is designed to connect students with industry leadership, support career exploration and offer insight into building professional résumés through meaningful, real-world experience in manufacturing and engineering fields.

Students interested in engineering, technology and industry engagement are encouraged to attend.
