WIU Performing Arts Society to Host Arts Smarts Music Trivia Night Friday

MACOMB, IL – The Western Illinois University Performing Arts Society will host its annual Arts Smarts Music Trivia Night Friday, March 27, at The Penny, 26 West Side Square in Macomb. Doors open at 6:30 p.m., with trivia beginning at 7 p.m.

The event invites participants to gather with friends, enjoy live music and test their knowledge of music trivia in a fun, light-hearted competition. The evening is open to all community members, including WIU faculty, staff and supporters of the arts.

Registration is $25 per person for tables of eight, or $225 for corporate tables, which include signage and publicity. A cash bar will be available.

Proceeds from the event will support arts programming initiatives through the Performing Arts Society, including the Youth Performing Arts Series (YPAS), WIU Summer Music Institute scholarships, Community Arts Grants, arts programming grants for WIU faculty and staff, K-12 school arts grants, SummerStage and the Bureau of Cultural Affairs.
