Tree Planting to be Held to Remember WIU Students

MACOMB, IL -- Two Western Illinois University students who died during the 2008-2009 academic year will be remembered during a tree planting ceremony on the Sherman Hall west lawn at 4 p.m. Friday, April 24.
The ceremony, which will honor Dameris Bagwell and Alex Laliberte, is sponsored by Inter-Hall Council and the Division of Student Services. A reception will be held in the University Art Gallery immediately following the ceremony.
