Code 1:  Violating any University policy, rule or regulation published in hard copy or available electronically on the University website.

Code 4:  Engaging in harmful or potentially harmful behaviors

Code 6: hazing, defined as an act which endangers the mental or physical health or safety of a student, whether on university property or not, or which destroys or removes public or private property, for the purpose of initiation, admission into, affiliation with, or as a condition for continued membership in a group or organization.

Suspension of organization from Western Illinois University through January 1, 2028.  Prior to future intake activities, the organization will meet all compliance requirements from the Office of Student Engagement. Future hazing education is required for all members of the organization who wish to rebuild it.
