Additional Fee Details:
- University colleges, departments, school and offices, as well as registered student organizations, are not charged for rental of Unions spaces. Unless collecting admission or participant fees (including any item donations) for the event or the event has non-WIU sponsorship.
- Room rental rates include setup of chairs, tables, stage. They are also for full or partial days. 
 - Charges for linens and tableware will be included in the event's Sodexo Catering costs. The University is contracted with Sodexo Catering to offer food services for events of all types and sizes. Review their  Catering Brochure for a complete view of their services and additional information . To plan your next event, please call our event coordinator, Katherine Akers, at (309) 298-1292. If you have any questions regarding their services, please email   catering@wiu.edu.
- Additional charges for equipment rental or labor may be made needed. 
- Room rental charges are for full or partial days.
