Purchase Tickets & T-Shirts

Tickets, t-shirts, and packages can be pre-ordered through September 11th, 2025 at noon. These items can also be purchased at the event, while supplies last.

**WIU Students are admitted to the football game for free with their WIU Student ID.**

Football tickets can be purchased in advance through the BBQ ending at noon on September 11th, 2025. Once that date/time has passed, individual football tickets can be purchased through WIU Athletics. Soda, water and Kona shaved ice are included with the purchase of tasting tickets. Additional vendors with purchase items will be on site as well.

Tickets and T-Shirt Pick Up

  • Friday, September 12, 2025, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. in the Office of Student Engagement in the University Union 
  • Saturday, September 13, 2025 starting at 2:00pm at the purple ticket tent in Q Lot at the entrance to the BBQ.  All football tickets not picked up by 5:00pm will be sent to the Athletics will-call tent.  All shirts not picked up by 5:00pm can be picked up on Monday, September 15, 2025, in the Office of Student Engagement.
