Four New Academic Options Announced at WIU-QC
Four New Academic Options Announced at WIU-QC

Western Illinois University-Quad Cities has announced four new academic options within the College of Business and Technology. WIU-QC will now offer a master's degree in applied statistics and decision analytics; a post-baccalaureate certificate in business analytics; a minor in economics, which can be completed online; and a minor in human resource management. The options, which are offered at the main campus in Macomb, will now also be available for WIU-QC students beginning Fall 2017. Read more.

Western Illinois University-Quad Cities offers a variety of programs for the Quad Cities Community and beyond. From summer youth camps to professional development to lifelong learning, the Quad Cities Initiatives Office expands opportunities for continued growth on a personal and professional level.

WIU's Wi-Fi Has Changed

University Technology changed the University’s wireless networks this summer. All users of WIU's wireless network must configure their wireless devices to properly reconnect to Wi-Fi on the Macomb and Quad Cities campuses.

Veterans Services at Western Illinois University

We have a long and rich tradition of serving veterans, active duty personnel, reservists, and members of the National Guard. WIU provides numerous on-campus resources for veterans and military personnel, as well as the flexibility of academic program offerings, including online courses and the Bachelor of Arts in General Studies degree program.

4-Year Scholarships Available to Qualified Students

WIU wants to reward you for your academic ability in high school by offering 4-year scholarships towards the cost of attendance. New freshmen who submit all application materials for admission are automatically considered, so apply today!
