Colleague Implementation Payroll FAQs

General Questions

When is the system changing?
The move to Colleague HR/Payroll is now delayed until December 2026

Will I still be able to use WIUP to fill out my timecard?
Please continue to use WIUP until December 2026. Pay cycles with paydates in 2027 will need time reporting in Colleague.

Will my pay date change?
2025/2026 pay schedules have been reverted back to the original dates. December 2026 pay dates are to be determined.

For Semi-Monthly and Monthly employees, there will NOT be a 12/30/25 early paydate now that we are delaying implementation. That paydate will revert back to 1/2/26.
Monthly employees will continue to be monthly until Colleague is implemented in December 2026.
Any leave changes discussed in FAQ sessions will be delayed until Colleague implementation.
