General Questions
When is the system changing?
The move to Colleague HR/Payroll is now delayed until December 2026
Will I still be able to use WIUP to fill out my timecard?
Please continue to use WIUP until December 2026. Pay cycles with paydates in 2027 will need time reporting in Colleague.
Will my pay date change?
2025/2026 pay schedules have been reverted back to the original dates. December 2026 pay dates are to be determined.
For Semi-Monthly and Monthly employees, there will NOT be a 12/30/25 early paydate now that we are delaying implementation. That paydate will revert back to 1/2/26.
Monthly employees will continue to be monthly until Colleague is implemented in December 2026.
Any leave changes discussed in FAQ sessions will be delayed until Colleague implementation.
Current Biweekly Employees

Time entry will continue in the current systems. Possible changes to leave plans are also postponed until December.
Current Semi-Monthly Employees

12/16/25-12/31/25 paydate will revert back to the original date of 1/2/2026. There will only be 24 paychecks now on 2025's W-2, as in the past.

Students (non-graduate)

Students will continue to use TimePro to record their time and Payroll will import the hours to Colleague. The pay schedules will also remain the same for students.
