WIU School of Engineering & Technology Hosts Professional Seminar Featuring IMEG Consultants Corp.

MOLINE, IL- - The Western Illinois University School of Engineering & Technology will host a professional seminar from 4-5 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 4, featuring Matt Dotson, senior geotechnical engineer with IMEG Consultants Corp.

The seminar will take place simultaneously at both WIU campuses: in the Quad Cities at RF 103/104 and in Macomb at Knoblauch Hall 105, providing students and faculty access to industry expertise and professional insight.

Dotson's presentation will provide an overview of engineering opportunities at IMEG Consultants Corp., highlight a nearby design and construction project and connect interested attendees with pathways to explore engineering careers and apply for professional positions within the organization.

The event is open to students, faculty and community members interested in engineering, design, construction, and applied technical careers. Attendees will gain practical insight into industry expectations, professional roles and career development opportunities within the engineering field.
