Civil Service Scholarships

The Civil Service Employees Council is offering nine $1000 undergraduate scholarships to dependents of Western Illinois University Civil Service employees and retirees.

Dependents are Eligible if They:
Are or are becoming a full-time undergraduate student (at least 12 semester hours) accepted at Western Illinois University.

Are a dependent of a Civil Service retiree of the University or employee of the University who holds a status appointment. A dependent who is also a Civil Service employee in a status position is not eligible.

Have never received the scholarship before.

How does a person apply for one of the $1000 scholarships?
Application and instructions are available at the Human Resources Office, Room 105 Sherman Hall and on the WIU CSEC website @   http://www.wiu.edu/vpas/civil_service_employees_council/scholarships/applications.php
