MACOMB, IL – Open forums for campus and community members will be held Oct. 29-30 to present an update for Western Illinois University's Campus Master Plan. The presentation will highlight proposed building and renovation initiatives, parking/traffic improvements and open space enhancements included in the Campus Master Plan, as well as discuss a strategy for implementation.
Open sessions with Smith Group JJR will be held:
Campus Community:
Student Focus Group Lunch: Noon-1 p.m., Monday, Oct. 29, University Union Capitol Rooms
Campuswide Open Forum: 1-2 p.m., Oct. 30, Capitol Rooms
Macomb Community:
5:30-6:30 p.m., Monday, Oct. 29, Macomb City Hall Community Room
Following the open forums, Smith Group JJR will present the master plan to campus constinuency groups and the WIU Board of Trustees for final approval. For more information, email SA-Coker@wiu.edu.
