Grad Prep Day Comes to WIU

MACOMB, IL - December 2013 Western Illinois University graduates can get all their graduation questions answered and tie up any loose ends at the annual Grad Prep Day, hosted by the WIU Alumni Association.

Grad Prep Day on the Macomb campus is scheduled for Friday, Oct. 25 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the University Union Concourse, and on Quad Cities campus event will be held on Oct. 24 from 1 to 5 p.m. in the Riverfront Campus lobby.

There will be several campus offices on site including Financial Aid, the Visual Production Center, Registrar's Office, Billing and Receivables, the Career Development Center, the University Bookstore and the Alumni Association.

Students will be able to order (and pick up--on the Macomb campus) their cap and gown, purchase a class ring and meet with campus representatives. Class rings, sold by Josten's, will be discounted up to 40% off. Students will also be able to find out more information about the benefits of being a WIU alumnus.

Alumni Association staff will be on site to answer questions and give students a free gift, just for stopping by the event.
