Study Abroad in New York

MACOMB, IL - An informational meeting about a new study abroad course coming to Western Illinois University, called "Art in New York City," will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 12 in Garwood Hall, room 10.

The course will run from May 18-27. Students will experience the art and culture of New York City firsthand. The group will visit major museums, galleries and artist studios, including the Museum of Modern Art, the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Guggenheim, Chelsea galleries and many others. Visits will also be made to Grand Central Station, Ground Zero, Central Park, the Brooklyn Bridge and many other New York City landmarks.
