Macomb Elks to Honor WIU Student Veterans and Service Members

MACOMB, IL - On Sunday, April 19, members of the Macomb Elks Lodge No. 1009 will honor all currently enrolled Western student veterans and service members with a WIU Student Veterans and Service Members Appreciation Brunch Buffet at the lodge home, 401 Deer Rd., Macomb.
The brunch will be served from 10 a.m.–1:30 p.m. and is free for all WIU student veterans, service members and ROTC cadets. Spouses or guests accompanying student veterans are welcome for $6 per person.
"Honoring our nation's veterans is important to all Elks. Hosting this brunch for the WIU student veterans and service members is great opportunity for the members of Macomb lodge to welcome them to our community and to demonstrate our sincere appreciation for their service," said Macomb Elks Exalted Ruler Richard Sample.
