WIU Premier of 'Ugly' Presented by The Humours Theatre Company

MACOMB, IL – "Ugly," an inventive retelling of "The Ugly Duckling," is a new theatre piece devised by the The Humours Theatre Company (THTC), created by the MFA acting class at Western Illinois University.
"Ugly" will premier at 7:30 p.m. Monday, May 11 in the Horrabin Hall Theatre. The performance will also function as a food drive and will accept both food and sanitary products to be donated to the local community. This performance contains mature content.
"Ugly" is the inaugural performance for THTC, a new theatre company dedicated to retelling old stories in exciting new ways. THTC and "Ugly" were both created this semester as a professional outlet for the MFA acting class of 2017.
