University Art Gallery Exhibit to Highlight Work of Professor Emeritus Fred Jones

MACOMB, IL – An exhibit to highlight the artwork of Western Illinois University Professor Emeritus Fred Jones will be on display at the University Art Gallery Tuesday, Jan. 17-Friday, Feb. 17.

The exhibit will feature landscape paintings by Jones.

The Camerata Woodwind Quintet will play in the gallery at noon Wednesday, Feb. 8 with a performance related to the landscape theme of Jones' work.

A reception for Jones and his exhibit will be held at the Art Gallery from 5:30-7 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 21. Jones will deliver a gallery talk at 6 p.m.
